Long John Silver's A&w - Paducah

This location features both Long John Silver's and A&W, but I typically only eat at Long John Silver's. During my last visit, they had run out of several menu items, including root beer. I recommend asking for the clams to be cooked extra well done, as I feel they don't cook them long enough. I've never seen anyone order a burger there and enjoy it, though I can't speak from personal experience since I haven't tried one myself.

I honestly enjoyed this place. I only dined in the A&W section, and I thought their root beer float was quite good, even though I'm not a fan of root beer. The chicken was decent; it wasn't anything extraordinary, but it exceeded my expectations.

We ordered a Polar Swirl from this location, and it was a disappointing experience. The Polar Swirl we received resembled an icy canyon, with most of the contents seemingly hollowed out and spread along the sides of the cup. We were taken aback and asked the staff member who served it to us if this was typical, but she told us there was nothing she could do. We reached out to A&W through Facebook and email, and were advised to contact the local manager. However, after two months, we've yet to receive a response. We've also tried calling and emailing the contact information provided, but to no avail.

Place is nasty. Workers don't wear gloves are not clean and saw one worker helping himself to fries from where they serve. Will never go back and suggest the same for all others.

Not sure what was going on with the burgers, but I have never had a mushy burger that tasted nothing like a burger at an A&W restaurant. it was just gross.
