The old lady behind the till is so rude, zero knowledge about customer service, don't who kept her at job with this attitude.

Dhrumil Patel made me a great cup of coffee – his skills are top-notch! Highly recommend for a tasty brew.

Worst staff experience ever in BP store. Staff named “Dhrumil” told me that coffee will take 15-20 minutes when there was no customers and he was doing nothing and checking his phone. This is really bad experience as a customer i will recommend BP Currambine instead.

Overall staff is friendly, but the old woman with white hairs literally just ruins the day ! Zero cooperation, no communication skills at all. A rude face whenever you see her without any smile. And always tells you that you have park right to fill up your car tank.
