Taste is standar, location in a middle shopping center sometimes is crowded with people. Price is not cheap

I ordered nasi goreng belacan. I think the taste is a little different from kiosk in Pondok.

Worst costumer experience that I've ever felt. I've case, the waitress pour ice tea to my whole body and my laptop. When i ask, where is the manager or person in charge, 3-5 waitress come to me and talk to me with high volume there's no person in charge and they will responsible for it. I feel so uncomfortable with that because this is her fault and they like playing victim on me. Please teach the waitress how to treat costumer in the right way with the high standards and quality. This is not a small restaurant, you have high price and I expect for high quality services, but I gain worst quality services in this place.
