Lido Trireme - PACHINO

We ordered food from whilst on beach only ordered chips And chicken nuggets waited an hour after paying no food arrived? Kids very hungry at this point so my husband asked at counter where the food is, they replied they have given us food my husband explained we had not received any food after arguing with for about 20 minutes he finally received a refund Wouldn’t return Beach lounges also pricey at 25 euro for 2 loungers

It's a beach café, what do you expect, it's pretty basic, but also pretty cheap? We had some mixed veg and a salad and it wasn't inspiring, but it filled a gap. I thought the service was fine.

Although we were there at the end of June and despite the bad weather, I was hoping to find livelier beaches in Italy. But I was wrong. All the beaches and beach town were almost deserted like the season was late autumn moving towards winter. Marzamemi was not an exception and we found Lido Trireme at last. The kids were happy by the sea despite the dark clouds, I was trying to be happy under the canopy ordering coffee but I was not entirely happy. Food was limited and at best average the only highlight was unannounced arrivals of small plates of water mellon. Espresso was good though but where in Italy it isn't.
