Haute Cabrière The Home Of Pierre Jourdan

We had lunch at Haute Cabrière, and it was absolutely delightful. Initially, we stopped by the bakery for some Pastel De Nata and Pan Chocolate—both were incredibly delicious, reminiscent of what you’d find in France and Portugal. We were fortunate to learn that a table was available for lunch. The two-course menu is 290, while the three-course option is 350. We opted for the two-course meal, and it was truly scrumptious! Our waitress, Felicity, was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our time thoroughly and left feeling satisfied and happy!

We enjoyed a wine tasting accompanied by a platter featuring various meats and cheeses. Everything was exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the bread! Although we didn’t have lunch this time, we plan to on our next visit, as their lunch area offers lovely views of Franschhoek.

Loved the view from the restaurant. We dived there and the staff was very friendly. My highlight was the cozy fireplace and the wine tasting. Hust the most amazing seeds Laaf and rusk. Will certainly be back for a wine tasting.

Definitely drink in my top 10 wines in South Africa! They have very easy to drink, “light” wines, full-bodied. Haute Cabriere is on the more expensive side, but it was a real treat that made a tasting there! Your Red Wine Reserve and Rose is my favorite! Thank you for the good and unique experience!

A picturesque location that’s definitely worth visiting! Had an amazing wine tasting experience in the cellar. The hosts and staff were amazing and so accommodating! Stop by the cafe for some of the best cappuccinos and pastries too :
