Backsberg - Paarl

The restaurant are temporarily closed. We however tasted the wines. Fairly average except for the dry red blend which is not only good value but also exceptionally well blended and with subtle wood. Well rounded everyday drinking wine.

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. The box beef burgers are sub-par and that 's being polite. The tin mushrooms served alongside are barely palatable. Then there 's the almost 2 hour wait for the meal... to try and be reasonable they are busy, but no heads up of the long wait for food. When the above was brought to the manager 's attention I was fobbed off. Overall, Highly Disgusted

A beautiful place! we came to the breakfast and although their menu states that the breakfast ends at 11 o'clock, they were more than happy to bring us later! Please note, the entertainer app does not apply to the breakfast. the eier benedict is amazing. their addition of balsamico visig is really a game changer
