Pizza Hut - Ozark

Throughout the meal, the waitress checked in with us several times, and we mentioned that the pizza still hadn’t made it to the buffet. She assured us she would look into it. When she returned, she told us it wouldn’t be much longer. However, ten minutes later, we all received a check, including for the buffets that a couple of family members hadn’t even had yet. When they brought this up to the waitress, she thought we were joking. In reality, they had never added the pizzas we requested. We decided to give it another shot but found the buffet once again disappointing, with old food and limited options. I should have known better than to go back.

However, as we waited, the waitress came by several times to check if everything was okay, and we mentioned that the pizza still hadn’t appeared on the buffet. She assured us she would check on it. After a while, she returned and told us it would be ready shortly. Ten minutes later, we all received our checks, but my family members hadn’t even gotten the buffet. When we pointed this out to the waitress, she seemed to think we were joking. Ultimately, they never brought out the pizzas we wanted. To make matters worse, the buffet was disappointing, with old dishes and limited options. It was such a letdown that I wouldn't even consider going back.

The pizza we ordered was piping hot, just out of the oven. It was excellent! Our delivery driver was very courteous and treated us with great respect. The food was fantastic and had wonderful flavor. 29-APR-22

Pizza Hut remains one of my top three pizza chains. I always know exactly what to expect when I order from them. The staff at this location is consistently friendly. I often use the Pizza Hut app to take advantage of the various offers they have throughout the week to get the best prices.

The pizza I ordered was delicious, and the young man at the counter was very friendly when I picked it up.
