Dunkin' - OYSTER BAY

I love dunki, everything is fresh, the best Donuts are from dunki, I don't understand how you can see the person with bad comments and the one here from oyster bay is the best, it's been very good for years.

They were too busy fraternizing for 5 minutes while I just stood there, that I walked out.

This might be the worst Dunkin I have ever visited. Unfortunately, it is the only one in my neighborhood. There is always some issue. Whether it be the coffee or food not made correctly, or tasting horribly bad, or cups not being filled up more than half way... Most of the time orders are placed online and sometimes you get good service and other times you are treated like you are bothering them. The donuts or munchkins are rarely fresh, but this is sometimes a common problem with all Dunkin since they are usually not made on site anymore. For coffee, I suggest any other place in the area like McDonalds (which have their own issues, but never experienced a problem woth coffee , 7-11, Speedway (though not perfect, better than this Dunkin , and the local Southdown is an ideal replacement. For Donuts, the local Stop Shop or 7-11 are your best options. Anything else can be made at the places above or your the local deli like East Norwich Deli or Harborside (these places also serve coffee too! .

I wish I could give 0 stars. It’s local to my job and every time someone goes, there’s a problem overcharged, coffee made wrong, food still cold, food forgotten. We will no longer be going there. Ordered a box of hot chocolate for my staff which is listed 18.99 on the website and I was charged $26.99. I told them three times that it’s a different price on the website and was told “no” and “you ordered a box of hot chocolate.” Worst service, unfriendly workers, and stale food. We now take the ride to Syosset Dunkin for better coffee and food.

The staff here could really use some training in customer service; they're not very welcoming or friendly. There's a lot of room for improvement in all aspects.
