Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Oxon Hill

The smoothies here never taste the way they do at other tropical smoothie locations. Lazy unprofessional people working here too.

Deliver to the bad house, sitting outside for over 5 mins. Looked like someone playing and/or drunk my drink!!

This location has improved tremendously as it relates to customer service and the timeliness of the orders. I've placed an order at least 3-5 times this month and the order was actually ready. Not sure what you guys are doing, but THANK YOU!! The store is always clean and my family enjoy the food. The smoothies are really good now.

They are very accommodating... i wish there was an option for making the smoothie sweeter. That's a corporate problem I'm sure.

The location is really convenient. The plaza that the store is located in could be kept up better but that's not 100% the fault of the business. I wasn't happy that my order wasn't ready when I requested, especially since I order my drinks 30 minutes prior. The young ladies working were apologetic and professional. I'll definitely give this location another chance. #HappyDrinking
