Kfc - Oxon Hill

This is the worst KFC I have ever visited. The cashier never pays attention when taking your order. The chicken is never fresh, regardless of what time you go. It's really a waste of your money.

The Pop Pies are consistently impressive! They have a perfectly crispy, golden-brown crust and are filled with plenty of delicious, hot fillings underneath. I also tried the nuggets for the first time, and they turned out to be quite tasty as well!

I placed a pickup order and was the only car in line, yet the manager asked me to pull forward while they prepared my food. That was my first red flag. I requested that they ensure I had the sauces I wanted, but he insisted I move ahead instead. When I checked the bag, I was met with a rock-hard biscuit that was dry and seemed old. That was strike two and three. Finally, the chicken was burnt. I ended up throwing the whole meal away!

The chicken was very small and had an outdated taste. I didn't get the pot pie, and I still haven't received a refund for that item.

Dec. 2, 2023....Our Chicken That Was Ordered Was So SOGGY AND SALTY ! KFC Is SLACKING....Th Chicken Is Not Being Placed On The For The GREASE TO DRAIN. They Are LITERALLY THROWING THE FOOD IN THE BOXES OR BUCKETS DISGUSTING. I WILL NO LONGER ORDER FROM THE OXON HILL LOCATION, THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED UNHAPPY CUSTOMER !
