The service got off to a rocky start with my waitress, who seemed to have an attitude when I requested a substitution for my burger with a plant-based option. After that, she didn't check on me again. I also needed condiments and wanted to enjoy my milkshake after finishing my meal. I spoke with Adam, the manager, about the situation and expressed my concerns. He returned with the check, took care of everything, and even gave me a milkshake to go. I explained that I wasn’t looking for compensation, just wanted to share my feedback about the service. Adam was fantastic. Thank you, Adam!

I visited this restaurant for the first time and I had a great experience. The food was cooked to order and tasted fresh and delicious. While I wasn't a fan of the chicken sandwiches that came with a chicken patty, they did include two chicken strips, which was still enjoyable. I look forward to trying something different on my next visit.

I had a great experience at the restaurant. My double bacon cheeseburger and onion rings were fantastic, and the strawberry banana shake was delightful as well. The waitress was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. However, my wife's salad was mostly greens with only a small amount of chicken and tomatoes, and her Cinnamon Toast Crunch shake didn't have much cinnamon flavor. The prices were reasonable, considering the inflation we are currently facing.

There are few places in this mall. Service: It was fast, good. Place: Small, not more than 10 tables. Food: I have the smokehouse, no vegetables, good taste. The other was the house original. Sincerely Burger size and price does not fit. I was in other similar places and it's the first time I paid $11 for a little burger. Shakes are very good, price is fair. I tried Oreo-Strawberry. Very good for me.

Quick lunch stop while shopping. Good service. Hot fries. Coke products. Couldn't give it 5 stars because my bun fell apart, but enjoyed the meal overall. UPDATE 12/2/2021 We are back in Virginia once again and were out for the day and stopped for a quick lunch. Orlando took good care of us. The fries were plentiful and hot, the hot dog hit the spot, as did the hamburger.
