Fiorella's Italian Kitchen - Oxon Hill

The food at this restaurant was excellent, but we had a negative experience with the server. Despite it being a common and simple task that many other restaurants, like Olive Garden, have mastered years ago, the server refused to break up the check according to what each party ordered. It seemed like he was only concerned about applying a service charge for large parties. After 30 minutes of trying to divide the checks ourselves and organize our payment methods, the server stated that it took too long to separate the checks in the first place.

The Baked Chicken Alfredo and BBQ Chicken Pizza were both delicious! The service was also quick and overall, I had a great experience!

Everything we ordered was DELICIOUS ???? I was so busy eating I didn't get pictures of it all. The calamari shrimp was so flavorful. Kevin our waiter said it was some of the best pizza there and he didn't lie. The mozzarella balls were to die for and so was the spinach dip with crab

A four star rating is a great experience. But when a restaurant goes well beyond the call of duty to ensure visitors have a better than good experience only then will it require a five (5) star. Starting with the location, the ambiance both inside and out, the decor, and the whole concept of this restaurant is unique. Every single staff member we interacted with was great! This restaurant is more like a one and a half rating. It is overpriced and overrated. The appetizers and food were served cold, the server mixed up our orders, and it took too long for the plates to be replaced. The bathrooms were in need of attention. Overall, it was a disappointing and disheartening experience. I doubt we will be returning to dine here any time soon.
