We approached the team at Desserts By Gerard less than 48 hours before an event after another bakery has fallen through. The cakes were beautiful, delicious and very carefully and professionally packed and delivered to the base gate for our event. They all ran over the flavors! In any case, it is worth checking according to your Dessert requirements.

On my birthday, my son has with them a last minute order for birthday cupcakes, Katie the owner, recognized my name and instructed my son to delay his pickup of the order to an hour after closing time. They had basically sold for their inventory, and the cupcake selection was sparse. She remembered me as a long-term customer, although I wasn't there in a few years. She has voluntarily prepared a new batch for an old customer. The dozen cupcakes were delicious and Gerald 's extraordinary customer service levels were sincerely appreciated. It's been seven years since I introduced a review for Geralds. Since I have been retired, I do not get the opportunity to visit them so often. My family and I have ordered numerous birthdays, Mother's Day, Graduate Congratulations, baby showers and Christmas cakes of all kinds and variety. Once, on my request, Gerald has created customized cakes for special occasions and one year he created 12 miniature Valentine cakes for my office staff. The tarts, miniature pastries and croissants are delicious from this world. My personal favorite is the Rustic Tart .

Amazing deserts! I wanted 10 minicakes for a special date night dinner I cooked for my cooker. I made pictures of the showcase so I could choose minicake while waiting in the line. Great idea!! Now I have a list of treats I want to try for every occasion. You really can't make a bad choice. And it is not excessively sweet or “picked” with a bunch of freezing (excuse the pun lol). I wish they were all online for the order, but there are only SO MANY! It's a little expensive, but... Every mini treat I bought was a deliciously detailed work of art!! And I could create a beautiful desert fertilizer for our special night. It turned out to be the perfect compliment for the dinner I worked so hard. I love this place. I tried a lot of things, but my favorite is the pumpkin. It is buttery and the Custard is not too creamy. It's not overwhelmingly sweet either. I definitely go back for more. I'll try her cake soon. Sure a great discovery!
