The Shores - Oxnard

Wow, the food was fantastic! I absolutely loved the carnitas tacos. My sister was delighted to find some vegetarian options—she really enjoyed the flower tacos as well. The live music was incredible too; I really loved all the Tom Petty covers!

The waitress is highly skilled at her job, and the food is outstanding. The view of the marina is a delightful extra.

This restaurant/bar is so much fun! We love the live music on the weekends. The food is great and priced very well. My favorites are the lemon chicken wings! We live in the area and are proud to have this restaurant in our community. Coco is our favorite waitress. <3

Good food, good drinks, great service. Stopped in for lunch and was pleased with my dining experience. Try the Cuban Sandwich, it was delicious. Jadie is an awesome hostess. Definitely recommend!

The female bartender was rude and completely ignored our presence. Other customers stared at us as if we were aliens. We were dressed for a funeral and just wanted a quick snack. It was early in the week, and nobody in the bar, not even the bartender, was wearing masks. We ordered a small appetizer and mentioned that we needed to buy some alcohol, but were told we couldn't eat inside. The wings were dry and coated with a gritty, sandy spice mix, while the celery sticks and carrots were old. The carrots even had white spots all over them, indicating they were past their prime. If we ever return to Oxford, we will definitely avoid this bar. I wouldn't even give it one star—more like a minus 100.
