Great hotel with fantastic location. stay in a renovated room with a great view. the hotel is still under renovation, so the check-in and breakfast was moved into the Splash area (pool bar I assume) and the restaurant only took off. for us it is not a big problem, we are there for the ozean. the staff is super, very helpful and accommodating. only complaining are manager happy hour was not on 12 credits, but a beer is $9) and they need to practice better IT security.

Not the best experience here.1) the entire hotel is rebuilt. during daylight hours there is a constant noise. I understand that the building is noisy, but I also booked this hotel to use it as a hotel, not as a surcharge to just sleep. would you like to sleep over 6 o'clock? much luck, because that is when the construction teams begin to rock, shiny to throw, and what sounds like 100s of light sticks in the müllcontainer right next to the building 8.2) the room is terrible. door not closing due to deliberate frame, I found an old swimsuit behind the couch in the room, bathroom washbasin not drop off, the cabinet had a drain smell from the inside (due to this door actually worked).3 hallway door closers do not work well, so they can hear that doors are in all hours of the night swinging.4) paintluster gym fitness-ofing is essential.5) all three running belts are broken.6) lunch is not available due to the renovations. overall they do not stay here during the renovation. I wish there was an arrest warrant on the website that shared the construction plan. a tent on the beach would have been an improvement of this chaos of a hotel.

Do NOT go to this hotel right now it is under construction.Major construction. Till summer. Fences everywhere noisy construction work and everything is fenced off. They will charge you for an upgrade as well if you end up with the fence view. I'm sure the hotel is nice in the summer when it's all done but right now the hotel is a mess and they don't tell you that online or when reserving. The pool is partially fenced off.
