Strong Arm Baking Co. - Oxford

This place is truly a gem. We drive an hour round trip for pastries and pizza, and it is ALWAYS worth it.

I just found Strong Arm in the past 2 months. I can't stay away from there!! ?? The food is amazing and the pastries are beyond delicious ? My favorite is the cream cheese blueberry Danish. I need some now!! Go if you have not tried it yet. You will Not be

Coolest place I've been to in Oxford so far. Everyone was great. It had nice bar seating for eating alone real quick if you're just stopping in like I did. It was my first time and I didn't know what to order so I got a slice of pizza and it was good. Different than any pizza I've ever had before. I was expecting triangle slices but it was square and the pepperoni was nice and crispy which adds more flavor. I don't think it had any cheese which was weird but maybe it did and I just couldn't see it. Idk but I'll def try something else next time because everyone else's orders looked delicious ? ?

I'm gonna make this short and sweet.....their bread is top tier.

I’ve never actually been to the store, but strong arm made my mornings being at the Durham farmers market every Saturday. I looked forward to their pastry’s every single week. My favs are the prosciutto and cheese croissant and blueberry muffin, but everything is good. I get so excited for their seasonal specials and their sourdough is delicious too. Always worth the wait if you go to the Durham farmers market!!
