Pizza Hut - Oxford

I took my granddaughter out for dinner at 4:43 PM and was informed that there were no waitstaff available. We had to place our order at the counter, and they would bring the food to our table. I will never spend any money there again! Calling it poor customer service is an understatement.

I placed a $50 order that never arrived. It turns out the store closed shortly after I ordered, even though the app said my food was out of the oven and on its way. From now on, I’ll be making Pizza Hut at home, thanks to YouTube!

I have been visiting this restaurant for a long time, and the food is consistently excellent. The staff is always friendly and attentive to your order and timing!

I ordered the *Big Meal* and boy oh boy was it BIG. Three days later and I'm still eating off it. It was delivered hot and the driver was polite. MUCH better than the past couple of orders. Glad you're back, Pizza Hut!
