I informed her that I had dined there on the 26th, and she responded with a surprised, “...and you’re just now calling?” I paused for a moment, surprised by her tone—after all, it had only been eight days, and I could only address issues when they appeared on my card. If it had been three to six months, I could understand her confusion, but regardless, it's still my money. After that, she hurriedly said that the district manager would need to take care of it and abruptly hung up on me. I called back, and she asked if I was inquiring about my $1.10 discrepancy. I explained that I was concerned about whatever the difference was, and her response was dismissive. She mentioned that I might see a charge reappear on my card and hung up again. I recognize that it's just $1.10, but if I had been short on my bill, would they have just let it slide as well? Ultimately, it’s my money. Overall, I was disappointed with the poor customer service and the unseasoned burger. Enjoy your visit elsewhere!

In any case, the customer service left much to be desired, and the burger itself lacked flavor. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
