Mcdonald's - Oxford

Absolutely terrible terrible experience order a chicken sandwich a plain double cheeseburger two cokes and a hot latte no flavor. We tried to give me two big Macs and I code latte and the two big Mac. They try to give it to me twice and then I was accused of yelling at somebody because I was explaining exactly what I wanted.. the first experience with McDonald’s in Oxford, Ohio they’re absolutely horrible horrible horrible that I mention horrible

The manager is beyond rude and nasty, and should really be reviewed by the owners. Went through this morning and after admitting that the staff had messed up she told me that she still didn't have to promo anything, I should be thankful for her, and I don't need to be rude... Yeah. This isn't the first review about management, so hopefully this branch owner will pay attention.

Terrible service, moves quickly but they forget food and LIE about it. I ordered 6 breakfast burritos, an egg and cheese mcgriddle, 2 hashbrown and they forgot not only the egg and cheese mcgriddle but the hashbrowns and lied about having put them in the bag. What do I get out of having to drive all the way back to your D tier fast food besides the food that I paid for? I would give it a 0 star if I could.

Order 657, oddly enough. got a shake, and they were quick about it. Earlier that morning, my wife and I had breakfast there as well. A Big breakfast and 2 sausage burrito meals. My hash brown was not hot, but they quick fixed that. Guess my only beef is the price. Yeah I'm that old I suppose. Still I'd rather pay 1980's prices rather than todays!

This Mcdonald’s location always gets me right!! Even with super long lines and lots of customers they are pretty fast and efficient. I rarely have things missing from my order and the inside is always clean. The manager seems very nice too, I always see them hiring new people. Even with a line out the door, they are nice and fast.
