Los Arcos Oxford

Got delicious food three times in one week. Please serve to go orders in microwaveable containers. The foil container could work if I were eating immediately after a right on time pickup, but that will almost never happen.

Excellent food service. The Mexican Ceviche was delicious. The burrito deluxe was also amazing. Friendly and attentive service. We highly recommend eating here.

I had a previous review which was favorable. Honestly, prior to 2/18/2024, Los Arcos was our favorite Mexican restaurant in town. Today, we visited, ordered our regular items, and waited (there were 3 in our party). We were served at three different times. Our portion sizes were tremendously smaller, with more veggies than meat, and no break on the price. The food was greasy and left us all feeling uneasy this afternoon. Part of our order was never brought to the table, and we had to chase our server down for refills. When we brought it to the attention of the staff, we were told that the restaurant was under new management and he was cutting portion sizes in the kitchen. When I addressed it to him, he didn't care that we were not satisfied. Won't be back. Oxford is full of Mexican restaurants. Find another.

Food here was great, cheese sauce was delicious and a great topper to my burrito. The wait staff was also very attentive and kept my water glass filled up. My important thing though is two stalls in the Men's restroom. This should be standard in all restaurants but even more crucial in a Mexican restaurant.
