Dunkin' - Oxford

I'm a big fan of Dunkin'! This location has made some great improvements recently. I just wish there were more seating available inside.

I visited this location for the first time and was quite impressed with the overall service, especially given that it's inside a gas station. The place was tidy, and all the merchandise was showcased beautifully, offering a wide variety of options. I will definitely return the next time I'm in Anniston, AL.

This place has a new facelift and looks nice. Service still leaves much to be desired. I was passing through a couple of months ago and got a cup of coffee. Having burned my mouth before, I waited until it cooled a bit (10 miles or so) and risked a sip. Itwas cold, not cool, cold! I know their coffee is not what it used to be, but cold !? Yesterday, passing through again, I toldthem of the incident certain that they would be glad to rectify my distaste for bad service. Not a chance; I sure wished I hadstopped at the Krispy Creme in Gadsden; great service there!

They got my entire order wrong. I ordered a medium coffee and a tomato pesto grilled cheese. The labels on everything was correct but I got a large coffee with cream and sugar in a bacon egg and cheese sourdough

If there were a way to give this place less than one star, I would do it. While traveling, we stopped at this Dunkin' Donuts, which is located inside a gas station. Since we have a dog, my husband took care of refueling the car and walking our pet while I went to get drinks and snacks. However, this location refused to serve me at the inside counter, insisting that I must use the drive-thru instead. After dealing with potty breaks and fueling up, the last thing I wanted was to wait in another drive-thru line. Because of this experience, we won't be stopping at this Chevron again. We only chose this gas station because of the Dunkin' Donuts, and it was incredibly disappointing!
