Pitiguey Arepas - Oxford

Delicious, fresh and nutritious. each arepa is lovingly and authentic in the true Colombian tradition.

I visited here with a friend and we had arepas, empanadas and limonade. the food was delicious for all who come from venezuela or Colombia, this is a real tasty bite. they took me right back to home, the arepas were so delicious filled to the braut with huh and avocado they have a large amount of filling. the empanadas was crispy, not superfluous fatty and very generous with the meat filling! They also offer gluten-free, as most teig is made with mais flour and they have many vegetarian options!

This place is great! I love having arepas at the summer city market on sundays. eating is just delicious, everything I tried is sooo good! the pabellon arepa is my favorite, but also the cheese stalls, their desserts and alfajores and in the grunde all the other...arepas are so good! also the owners are so friendly and nice! it is a great place to have some food on the market. I can assure them. If you try them, you will go on!

My wife and I have eaten here when they have set up in summertown several times and they have brought the same level of excellent in eating and service to the way. we love this place. I personally tried the most courts and desserts. the braided beef area comes with slow...cooked black beans, cheddar and optionally with pre-hanging. the chicken tarpa comes with guacamole, cheese and a great garlic sauce. The quesillo I know as a flan is one of the best I had in my life. my wife is crazy about the alfajores. definitely worth a visit and try the homemade Chipotle sauce.

I have been eating their arepas since I know them. Almost every market day. The food in incredible, tasty, original. The owners are very friendy, good with customers. The price is not cheap but it is worthy. I recommend it 100%.
