Yasaka has been mentioned to have some of the best ramen in Sydney, so I was very excited to visit the restaurant and try out the traditional Japanese noodles.
I have been to Ossan and Gumshara (and Ippudo) and this place has quickly become my favorite. The tonkotsu base is absolutely delicious.
