I visit this restaurant regularly, and there are a few team members, like Eric and Andrea, who always remember my order and take it for me as soon as I walk in. Even when I’m on my way to the door, the staff greet me. They consistently check in to see how I'm doing, how my day is going, and what my plans are! The atmosphere is fantastic, and the employees truly make my experience special every time. I even set aside their tips each week as part of my budgeting because they are consistently exceptional. No other Biggby compares to this one!

My coffee is always done as I ask. Fortunately, the coffee is good and the only thing that keeps me back because the vibe is dead when you go in. everyone looks and sounds bad. No one says hi, no one smiles or even makes eye contact with you. It's just very boring, sad people.

Every time I visit this place, the staff is incredibly friendly. Unlike other Biggby locations in larger cities, where the baristas can often be rude, every barista I've encountered here has been very kind. The drinks are consistently delicious, too. In fact, after years of being a regular, there was only one time my order was incorrectly made.
