Buffalo Wild Wings - Owings Mills

I tried B Dubs for the first time at this location, but I have been a loyal customer of the franchise for a long time. It appears that all B Dubs establishments share the same attributes of great food and excellent service.

I wish I had read reviews before going to this restaurant. When we arrived, we were told to sit down in a section where there was only one other table occupied. We ended up waiting for 30 minutes.

Oh man, I totally forgot how terrible this restaurant was. I ordered three items on their app and not only were two of them incorrect (one was completely wrong and the other was missing entirely).

The waitress was very friendly and attentive, meeting our needs without any issues. However, there seems to be an issue with the kitchen staff in preparing the food. I prefer my meat to be tender and cooked medium rare or medium, but it came out well-done, which was disappointing. It seems that others may share the same opinion as the dining room was unusually empty for a Wednesday evening. The food was decent, but the brisket burger could have been improved with double burgers cooked to my liking. Overall, it was an average experience.

I ordered food for pickup from this restaurant. I selected the Asian Zinger Wings and Onion Rings. The young man who took my order was friendly. I requested Bleu Cheese dressing and also asked for an extra Honey Mustard when I arrived to pick up my food. My order was ready 5 minutes after I arrived, which was great. However, when I got home, I realized they had forgotten the Bleu Cheese. I only received a small container of Honey Mustard, which was not enough for 10 wings and Onion Rings - I should have been given two. This cost them a star in my rating. Other than that, the wings were good and the onion rings were tasty, although the total of $22 was a bit pricey.
