Pizza Hut - Owensboro

We had a fantastic experience at the restaurant, all thanks to our server who went above and beyond for us. She made sure we got the best deal on our meals, took the initiative to ask about drinks and to-go containers, making us feel very welcomed. We will definitely be returning in the future.

I recently ordered pizza from the Southern Frederica Street store, which I believe is in the 4100 block. It was absolutely delicious. I want to thank the employees who take pride in their work. Unfortunately, Hwy 54 and the Northern Frederica Street store are no longer taking orders.

Pizza was delicious and great customer service from Nana! Would definitely order pizza again from this Pizza Hut. The lovely lady named Nana was working the window and she welcomed us with a warm greeting, smiling. She immediately had our order ready and gave us a goodie bag of napkins, peppermint and the extra spice packets to put on the pizza. She even went above and beyond and offered some pepperoni for our dog in the backseat. Everyone needs to take tips from Nana on how to provide excellent customer service!
