Mcdonald's - Owensboro

I'm giving this place just one star because there isn't an option for anything lower. I often work late, and on several occasions I've tried to grab something to eat after my shift, but they've closed early—sometimes as early as 6 or 7 PM. Tonight, I attempted to call a little after 9 PM, thinking they might have just forgotten to turn the lights on. Someone answered the phone but then abruptly hung up on me. When I called back, there was no response. I'm really confused about their actual hours of operation, as they have been very inconsistent.

Ordered online and had our son pickup our food. Upon returning home from this business found no drinks were given and no sauces that were ordered. Hate to say this seems to be a regular at this establishment. When we called and asked about this was told it was our responsibility to get our own drinks. I can understand this may be the process now but bad business to not even give the cups to the people. Guess I can just consider this once again another donation of my money.

This visit has been spectacular. Skylar, and a few of the crew members had gotten smart with me. Just because they're playing little minions to the main manipulator of the pack, the own stores general manager, Brandy Luck. If you want true, respectful, honest, and you definitely can't forget about the true care for the customers come on the night shift or seems to be every Sunday now. A grown woman, mother of 2 grown kids, (hope they dont turn out like the evil monster of a mother they have), stooped as low as a kindergarten student telling the teacher another student cut in line. Just because one single person made more of a positive impact on this store in 3 weeks, than she did in years.. one person who has the cruelty in their heart to take away a TEN HOUR SHIFT that I had worked ON THE CLOCK and ms. Lisa Sampson PERSONALLY had fixed for me just because I didn't put a date on the scratch paper that I had wrote it on as a reminder. Just because she has the power and authority to be able to do that. If everyone would like to know the TRUTH behind the reason I got fired, and that's because 4 managers fell for Brandys manipulative tactics and wrongfully terminated me. The employees who are pictured gave me full permission to use. Plus, they are family members.

On my most recent stop, they were absolutely packed but I thought the employees were working hard and doing the best they could. Tough environment to work in I'm sure so credit to them for staying positive while hordes of people stared at them working.

It's McDonald's. It's hit and miss, sometimes the food is great, sometimes it's not. Sometimes the service is fast, sometimes it's very slow. Just depends on the day, as with most McDonald's restaurants.
