Arby's - Owensboro

This restaurant consistently delivers amazing hot meals. I’ve never had an order messed up or received something incorrect; it’s always wonderful and delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. They’re also quick to prepare orders, and customers can call in advance or use the app, which I do. I give it five stars!

Paid $20 for food. got freezing cold fries, didn't get my mozzarella sticks, and even got the wrong size fries. on top of that nobody bothered to answer the phone when there was one car in the parking lot when i left 5 minutes ago.

I ordered the hush puppy baked fish, and it was delicious. They also had no issue making my fries fresh, just the way I like them. The boil was cooked perfectly!

The wait time in the car was really frustrating. I ordered several iced teas, but they were out of stock, so they ended up adding sugar to the unsweetened tea. Every sip I took was just overwhelmingly sweet!
