I've visited Chick-fil-A locations in several states across the U.S., and this one is by far the slowest I've experienced. At every other Chick-fil-A I've been to, there are staff members taking orders and processing payments with iPads, which helps keep the lines moving. However, here, the average drive-thru wait time—even when using the app—is nearly 20 minutes. Overall, I'd rate the food at 4, but the service only gets a 2.
