Hardee’s - Owatonna

My boyfriend, his mom, and I went here for lunch because it's easier for him to meet us for his lunch.I ordered him a roast beef sandwich with fries, and when he opened the wrapper it was so wet and saturated it was dripping thru to the tray it came on. He couldn't even eat more than a quarter of it, but didn't have time to argue or get something different, due to his short lunch breaks.His mom and I ordered burgers which were good. I never have a problem with the mushroom and Swiss, its always my go to.When I grabbed ketchup it was so runny, had zero consistency, and when dipping the fries in it, the ketchup dripped off of it like it was watered down.While we were eating the manager was talking really loud, swearing and sitting on a crate. Which made the atmosphere not so relaxing. However it was very clean, the bathrooms were clean, could maybe have music playing just to cut down the conversation from the kitchen.

Went through the drivethru close to 8:30. The gentleman inside was very polite. I’ve been in food service and I know it can get to a point of the night where you’re just ready to go home. But these guys were polite and got the food out in a great timely manner. The food was delicious and fresh. 10/10.

I love stopping here on my way to MSP. Breakfast biscuits could be done a tad more, but service is nice and friendly. Sausage egg biscuits are good!

Expensive. Food ok. Food doesnt look anything like photo, as in every other place. Two people $30.
