Pizza Hut - Oviedo

A HUGE cried into the Oviedo Florida Pizza Hut #026511 to help me 900 miles away! Today my law is Anniversary and Vic and I tried to find out what they were sending... flowers? Fruit? Gift card? We wanted to do something different and fun! The Pizza Hut team was amazing about the phone even the whole way to delivery where she had fun with my mother in law and said take the pizza and run! I can't tell you who it is, but Happy Anniversary! I love it!!! They even went the extra mile and used the heart shaped pan on my request also if there is NOT Valentine's lol A BIG Thanks!!! #pizzahut #oviedo

Great service and food here. Contacted the store for a special request for online ordering and Kelly got everything sorted out, and shared that she made the pizza perfect timing so it comes out of the oven when the driver returns. She could say she has a strong work ethics, great customer service, and drive for quality through interaction.

I ordered ahead and came to pick up. Pizza was ready on time and service was friendly. Plus, the pizza was pretty good! I was disappointed to find out that pizza hut charges $0.99 for crushed pepper packets now.

Food was exactly how I ordered it. Staff was very friendly and attentive. I arrived earlier than expected and everyone in the store made sure I was OK and taken care of. Very nice experience all in all and the food tasted great! I'll be back!

I just wanna say there’s a young lady named Shay that was really helpful on the phone when the manager could not figure out my order, she did! Super sweet I hope I have the right name : she was very reliable when everyone else was very lost.
