First Watch - Oviedo

Excellent breakfast with many choices. You get a good amount of food for the price. We will be back!!

The wait was a little long with so many empty tables available. The tables were cleared immediately so I'm not sure why we had to wait so long. Once we were seated, we were greeted with a friendly waitress that served us coffee promptly. The pancake seemed a bit flat, the eggs were really small and my hollandaise sauce seemed bland. The waitress and Chris the busboy were so friendly and efficient.

Great brunch spot. Food was ready super quickly! I had an omelette with toast and greens. I almost didn’t get the side greens salad (I usually don’t like kale), but I took a friend’s recommendation and was delightfully surprised! You also get coffee (if you want) as soon as you’re seated, so that helps with being peckish. Everything was extremely fresh. This place is a delight to the tastebuds.

I like this location a lot because it has more parking and is a larger restaurant than some other First Watch locations in the area, or at least it feels like it. Bit of a wait on weekends (as expected), food and service are great. I love the menu, looking forward to returning to this specific First Watch. Parking: On weekends it may be hard to find a spot, but since it's a shared lot, you should be able to find a spot anywhere in the shared lot.

This location is not good. If you order Uber Eats takes over an hour. Generally under staffed and can’t handle it when it’s busy. The new Winter Springs location off redbug is 10x better. They must have more staff and better management.
