Captain D's Seafood Kitchen - Overland

I am disappointed to say that Captain D's has changed for the worst. The fish is now served in long strips and the batter they use to cook it in has made the outside too hard. I was extremely disappointed. Food rating: 3 out of 5.

The first time I visited this restaurant, I was disappointed because I waited in line only to find out they were only accepting doordash orders at the speaker. I then went to a different location to try the garlic and herb shrimp, but they didn't have it. A few weeks later, I returned to the original location and explained what had happened. We laughed and joked, and this time they made up for my previous experience. The staff went above and beyond to compensate for my disappointment. Huge shout out to the hardworking employees here! Bravo!

The food was terrible and the staff were incredibly rude. We will not be returning to this restaurant. The employees consistently lied to us in order to prevent us from obtaining information about making a complaint.

Captain D's on Page continues to serve as my reliable choice for a satisfying lunch. I enjoyed my usual selection today the 2 piece battered fish accompanied by hush puppies, slaw, and fries. As always, the fish and fries were served hot and fresh, just the way I like it. Coupled with the consistent good service, Captain D's continues to be a favorite for a tasty, quick lunch.

I did not order fries., My fish was very good until last piece. It was Cajun. I did not order Cajun and have kidney problem so can not eat Cajun. Had to throw it away.Food: 5/5
