Tabard's Kitchen - Overland Park

Hands down the best pub ever in Kansas City. Food is awesome, service is outstanding and ambience is warm and friendly. Ribeyes, Chicken Marsala, fish and chips, Shepherd's Pot Roast and burgers are all excellent, as well as all of the appetizers and salads. Wanted fish and chips so we gave them a try we weren't real pleased with the food our server was good though we left with an opinion that this had more of a bar feel than a restaurant for food

Friday 1:30 p.m. Not busy but the service was slow. I just didn't come to table for order for a long time. The food was okay, actually pretty good but they had no ice for my iced tea. Had to keep asking for ice to put in my tea. Had to ask a couple of times for condiments and then had to wait even longer to get my tab. Had to ask several times for it to go box. Was kind of hoping to get in and out pretty fast but that didn't happen. Probably won't be back.

Food is normally good, so is service. There are a lot of restaurants exceeding expectations right now, so this just fell a little flat.

Amazing selection of food, drinks and awesome service every time I've been there! Happy hour food and drink options are wonderful.
