Burg Barrel Leawood - Overland Park

When we visited the restaurant, it was nearly empty, but we were pleasantly surprised to discover that it was Burger Night. Two of us ordered burgers, while the third opted for a salad. We all enjoyed our meals and appreciated the attentive service from our server.

The food was ok. Sweet potato fries tasted like they had been reheated. We went for happy hour. No appetizer specials. Ordered a few drinks from the happy hour menu but we were charged full price. Manager came over to explain that we didn’t order from the happy hour menu (which we did). He “changed” our bill but when we got it the second time none of the prices were different.

The manager was very professional when she stopped to check on us and our server was very good at her job and she tried hard to please a customer and she did.

Excellent from greeting to goodbye! Service, food, attitudes, atmosphere all fantastic. We have a new local restaurant and bar regular!
