Brew Lab - Overland Park

Brew Lab is great! The food was just as much to rave about as their drink options. Our party had: chicken and waffles- chicken was juicy and seasoned just right! Waffles were great with it. My 7yr olds loved it! Fish Tacos- Yummy, fish had great flavor, and was fresh! Beef Tacos- my husband said this was his favorite, shredded seasoned beef packed in a small soft shell. Beer cheese with Pretzel- the cheese had a grainy texture but was delicious! The pretzel was perfect, soft and not too chewy. The star of the meal was the Brussel Sprouts! They were so so so good! Drinks- There were awesome local beers to choose from. The lemonade was real and a bit tart (I liked it but some may not). The blueberry Kumbucha was the best, and it can also be made into a cocktail! We didn't have the opportunity to brew our own beer but we will be back to try!

This place is freaking fantastic! Carl (the chef) came to visit us at our table and brought us his tomato bisque and OMG it was amazing. The staff were so nice and friendly. I sure wish we had this place in Austin Tx. We will definitely be back ! Oh and they have the best beer selection in town. Great food and great craft beer�

Loved it! The street tacos were delicious. All the food looked great. Interesting concept you can take brew making classes. Highly recommend.

Food was excellent. We tried several of the small plate options and appetizers and enjoyed all of them. The in house saison and lager had a great body and flavor!
