Kfc - Ottumwa

We ran out of biscuits, but they brought us cookies to hold us over and then served us freshly baked biscuits for dessert. It was a fantastic experience—well done!

I ordered a 3-piece meal but only received 2 pieces along with a Raspberry tea that was watered down and lacked flavor. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until I got home, 20 miles away. On a positive note, the staff was friendly.

What a joke. Every single time we go there, they are out of chicken to make sandwiches or out of biscuits at 7 when they don?t close for 2 hours. We sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes with no one ahead of us just to hear laughing when they said theywere out of chicken?get it together or close the doors. We left without ordering, not the first time.

Even during a busy time of day, I received prompt service from the polite and helpful staff.

We stopped at our favorite kcf normally its very good yesterday it was reheated chicken from the night before I ask.about it the employee said noway we just cooked it it was horrible it gave me nasty heartburn probably won't go back verydisappointing ????
