Wendy's - Ottawa

The food was....ok. Fries were cold. The server barely spoke English and we had to repeat ourselves numerous times. She was taking orders and handling delivery orders. Deliveries are done first, after the delivery leaves the store, then she starts your order. She fought with a bag for about 5 minutes trying to double it. I had to look away, it was becoming painful. It took about 2 minutes to put the tape on the bag. Tables and chairs were clean but floor was dirty. Ketchup canisters were empty and clean but the pumps still had ketchup in them .We left for dinner around 7:00. We got back around 9:20. The restaurant is less than 10 minutes away!Parking: Parking spaces are scattered but parking lot was dirty, a lot of garbage.

This restaurant is always clean. It's too bad they share space with Tim Hortons as their side is not so clean! Staff are always top notch and the food is amazing and sooo fresh! Kudos to everyone working at this Wendy's.

I tried three different breakfast meals over three days. The biscuit was very dry, the croissant was overly bready, and the English muffin was not warm and too dry. All the sandwiches were at room temperature. The highlight of each sandwich was the bacon.

The food was not fresh. I ordered chicken tenders and received three pieces, two of which were very small. The French toast was also disappointing, as it tasted like cardboard.

I always enjoy Wendy's burgers. They use fresh ingredients and the flavors are delicious. Although it was a bit frustrating to place my order at the drive-thru, the tasty food made it all worthwhile.
