I’ve been going here for a couple years. Recently I’ve just had enough of it. It’s always filthy. My most recent visit the interior of the restaurant really smelled foul. The front entrance way never gets cleaned and the windows and doors are always caked in grime and filth. The staff are pleasant but rarely attentive and often play what sounds like Punjabi or Hindi rap music and socialize with each other. The last few orders I placed they were not prepared properly. I used to work at a Tim Hortons so maybe I wouldn’t notice if I didn’t come from a place of knowledge but even still this restaurant is not the best. Last time I was there I counted 7 employees and the place was still in complete disarray. The staff maybe need some supervision and the place could return to a reasonable standard.
This Tim Hortons location is the worst I have ever been to. I ordered a sausage on an English muffin with no cheese or butter due to my lactose intolerance. The food came quickly, but we had to wait 15 extra minutes for our iced caps. When I got home, I found cheese and butter in my food, despite my request. When I called to address the issue, the cook accused me of lying. The manager was disrespectful and unhelpful, even saying "I do not care" when I mentioned contacting head office. The cashier was polite, but the overall experience was terrible. I hope for better service in the future.
To be honest, I only had the poutine at the restaurant next door, but the coffee here is good.
The staff at this restaurant works hard, but they struggle to fulfill phone orders quickly, especially during the morning rush. It is evident that there is a need for at least 2 more employees to handle the workload effectively. This issue reflects poor management.
