Tim Hortons - Ottawa

Very busy, seems pretty clean and my mobile order was

Hard to distinguish one Tim's from another ... same menu, same atmosphere but in this one, the service was great. After having coffee, I left my shoulder bag behind. We were 26kms away when I called about it. They had it stashed away in the kitchen for me. I got there, picked it up and carried on with my day. Everything was in the bag with the exception of about $150 which I assume was taken by the customer who turned it in. All-in-all a good outcome.

The staff are very nice and they always know exaxtly what my order is everytime. They are just very caring the staff about everyone and are able to listen to your complaints and sort it out as soon as possible. Some of the customers are very nice so that's why I always come back everytime. I wish I knew the name of all the staff who are awesome with me. I know Mark is awesome and ahmad I think I am probably spelling her name wrong.

You know when you find a timmies that puts their whole heart into giving you a great club with the right amount of sauce and fillings? This one right here. Been countless times and they always deliver. Friendly people too.

I ordered on Uber eats because I was at the hospital and I ordered 2 items and only got the drink but not the food item 11$ going to waste?
