The Works Craft Burgers - Ottawa

Went for a late night drink and bite after visiting one of the local businesses. Was told to sit wherever we want instead of the late nighters shoved into the same section . For a first timer the burger menu was a bit overwhelming, but I never felt rushed. Our server Kaitlyn was a delight and let us finish our drinks well after closing. It was the third time I've had her and I look forward to seeing her face when I return beyond friendly!

We came all the way from alfred yesterday got there at 9:30 pm theyre open til 10 pm the doors were locked and the waitresses were laughing at me and my boyfriend outside. This is really unprofessional and i don't recommend this The Works place. We ended up having our date at mcdonalds because of them. I wasnt impressed. Took us over an hour to get there too just to have a door locked. I found it ridiculous. Im still not happy about it

It has been long since I visited this location, amazing new menu with few classics options. The ring tower Is my fav as usual. I wish the turkey burger is back, but I picked elk, so juicie Kids menu is best in value, with drink and ice cream included Finally the new decorations has new modern touch … but still miss the old decoration …

Today I went to this restaurant with my husband. After waiting for 15 min one of the waitresses came to clean our table, subsequently she started to spry cleaning products one me. I still feel my arms burning. I asked why she sprayed to me, and she smiled. We just decided to leave. I preferred to go a nice restaurants with educated people or at least where the human resources are much more capable..-I hope the manager can put more attention in their clients. And what kind of persons want for the business to grow, because I could have spoken to the police. She is thin, black and curly hair. she is not withe.

Had the Obi Wan Kobe with onion rings. The onion rings themselves were as close to perfection as you can get. And, its been awhile since I had a burger this good! The portion sizes are huge, I couldn't eat another bite after finishing this. Highly recommend giving The Works a try!
