Subway Sparks - Ottawa

I have had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant on multiple occasions, from breakfast to dinner, and I must say the staff is exceptional.

I have given this restaurant multiple chances, but they always seem to mess up my order. Many of the employees don't speak English well. Today, they served me the wrong bread and tried to dismiss my request for no toast. When I asked for extra black olives, they added more green olives. And when I asked for extra sauce, they only put a little on. I requested that they add the sauce to the portion they missed, but instead they drenched the whole sub in even more sauce.

This restaurant is similar to the casual dining spots found in the United States. It is conveniently located near our hotel (Arc The Hotel) and offers quick service and affordable meals. However, the staff is not very engaging or personable.

I arrived quite late and it was still open. I have received super good service, very polite and beautiful dame worked. good sandwich and good service

As per usual the food was great, but the seating area was a little dirty. We ate during BUSKERFEST. That meant more people. The staff were allowing non customers to use the washroom, so there was a long lineup. Take care of your customers...first.
