Rotisserie St-Hubert - Ottawa

I was so disappointed when I came in and saw that it was a place of call. I was hoping to join and serve. You can't see the menu well, felt rushed to order. You get your meal on a tray, in a paper plate and plastic utensils. It didn't taste at all and that wasn't St. Hubert for me. Actually, I didn't know it was set up like that.

To whom can it affect (if anyone). This ST-Hubert near the airport is my local chicken outlet and they have ruined at least 4 meals by putting sweet yellow oily sauce on my salads. I've reduced my weight for 1 1/2 years and... removed most of the carbs I eat and lost 125 pounds. St Hubert did it well when I ordered chicken and pommes, they always have the order right! But when I started ordering salads without sauce, they get it wrong every time they put the sick yellow sauce on my garden salad. The salad it is very poor its only Arugula and Dandy lion, but at least there is something low carb to eat with my chicken. Please stop running my salads and stop the sauce! Let's put our own sauce!

We have never used the drive thru before at this point, we were a little worried that it takes a lot of time to order and get our food, but we were pleasantly surprised how fast the process was. We would go absolutely... back, the food was what you would expect. The staff was very friendly.

I tried twice to get the drive-thru at noon, and every time the girl has switched the window the debit keyboard to “Tip”, I cannot tap my card. I don't tilt to drive the windows, and I don't want to touch the dirty button with my fingers. It happens a pandemic!!! I just ran away without lunch. Reporting to the Dept Of Health

Very familiar with this chain, and am a huge fan of the product and consistency of the quality of the product and consitency across the restaurants in Quebec and Ottawa (st-Laurent restaurant in Ottawa has always been outstanding -Food and Service) Extremely disappointed in the...Riverside location, the 1/4 chicken ordered was dry, the fries were wilted, I assume for extreme period under heat lamp,, the restaurant was not clean and the staff was goofing off . the bathroom was clean but the rubbish, recycling area to leave your tray was filthy, the floor sticky and disgusting. Grossly overpaid for the fare I received, and will not returning back, So. **** food, **** service, and dirty location. But will stay loyal to the brand to other locations. Good luck!!
