Presse Cafe - Ottawa

This place is expensive for what you get, service is extremely slow, the portions are small, the staff (owners) don't know how to use the machines to make the drinks on their menu and it closes at 3pm. If you take your lunch at 1pm there's barely any food left. I only go to this place in an emergency...never by choice.

Had a quiche and salads with a friend who goes there often. It was my first visit but not my last. Good heathy meals but salad portions are a bit small.

O café está estrategicamente localizado próximo ao parlamento de Ottawa. Como estava frio, pedimos a única sopa da casa. Foi a pior sopa que comprei na vida: água quente com pedaços de macarrão. Espero não precisar retornar lá.

Wir haben morgens in der Nähe unseres Hotels etwas zum Frühstücken gesucht und sind am Presse Cafe vorbeigekommen. Das Frühstücksangebot (Morning Wrap + Filterkaffee) für 5.50 c$ war preislich sehr gut, sodass wir es genommen haben.Geschmacklich war es ebenfalls super und wird, obwohl fertige Wraps in der Auslage sind, frisch zubereitet. Bedienung und Service vom Personal waren ebenfalls gut. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir am nächsten Morgen für unsere Abreise das gleiche nochmal "to go" mitgenommen haben.Wer etwas gutes und günstiges zum Frühstücken sucht, wird hier fündig.
