Love the food but the staff is extremely incompetent and poorly organized. If you want your chicken be prepared to wait. Don't bother ordering online. They don't have a cue system and will give your food away.

I spilled my fountain drink and the manager scolded me for taking a new cup, indicating that paper cups cost money $3.47 to be exact! Horrible customer service.

Please do not waste your time and money. Anything will taste better than the chicken from this store.

Great food as always, the staff were friendly and outgoing, but the ambience could use a little work. The main issue I have with this place is the cleanliness, a lot of chicken and bread crumbs everywhere, serviettes on the floor, etc. Probably a better idea to takeaway.Parking: Not a lot of space, we just happened to find one right outside the entrance.

Second time trying Popeyes and I'm not going back. The chicken had a weird taste. Couldn't decide if it was undercooked or if it was old oil? Both perhaps... We where both disappointed.
