Pizza Hut - Ottawa

The staff and management were excellent. They were very helpful and the food was outstanding! Overall, the customer service was much better than any other place in Ottawa.

This restaurant is fantastic! The staff are wonderful and the pizza is delicious, fresh, and hot. You have to try the butter chicken pizza with stuffed crust and the cookie. Highly recommend!

The pizza was pretty good but definitely not worth the cost. Overall, it was just alright.

I've been trying to claim a free pizza on their site or on their app as I have enough points, but it simply won't go through. When I try calling the location for help I keep getting forwarded to dispatch since they don't pick up the phone. Dispatch then tells me to contact the store I'm very disappointed.

Two orders of 8 wings. One order had 5 wings, the other had 4. I understand miscounting, but 4 wings instead of 8 seems intentional. No emails were answered about the issue.
