KS on the Keys - Ottawa

The food was good, the portions were huge, but the service was really bad. We had reservations for a group of 25 including 11 kids. Our table wasn't ready on time. It took almost an hour until they finally took our order. We specifically requested for all food to be brought out at the same time as it was getting late for the kids. It wasn't. 2 appetizer arrived nothing else for half an hour. Then they brought out the rest of the food except they gave away one child's meal to another table and forgot to make one adult meal. By the time everyone was done those two meals arrived. The tip was included in bill, however the waiter neglected to tell us.

Great spot to go for a meeting, great lunch menu, variety and food was delicious. Had the fish tacos, my clients had the Asian trio and the other a salad, all were great sized portions and everyone devoured their food.Service was great, server was attentive and everyone got what they ordered.Atmosphere is modern, bright and very comfortable!Washrooms were very clean too!

Went to this restaurant for a retirement party. Excellent fast, friendly service. Diverse menu with lots of offerings. However the food is very simple. Nothing special. Very similar to what could be made at home. I had the Atlantic salmon. It was perfectly cooked but with very little flavour. Vegetables were fresh but bland. This is your standard chain restaurant food.

The pizza here is incredible! Not the cheapest but the best thick crust za around. Lasagna is worth a try as well.

Were a party of 5, 2 of the menus had old prices. When we questioned the difference in prices the waitress called the manager. Manager said 2 menus were old and did not reflect the increase in prices, and we would have to pay the...More
