This independent gem is located in the former Brookfield Restaurant. I was impressed by the quality of service, the freshness of the food, and the speed at which it was prepared. It's a refreshing change to find a local eatery that offers such delicious food. In fact, some of the best Greek cuisine I've had in a long time comes from here. I definitely plan to order from them again and recommend that others do the same!

Terrible experience! I stopped by with my daughter to grab a pork souvlaki for myself and a small poutine for her. Surprisingly, we were the only ones there, yet the service was incredibly slow. Then we were hit with a bill of over $20 for a small souvlaki and an even smaller poutine, which felt overpriced—unless the food was exceptional. Unfortunately, it wasn't. The meat tasted like it had been boiled, had a strange flavor, and to top it off, I found rotten tomatoes in it! That's completely unacceptable! While the staff was friendly, the slow service combined with the poor quality and value of the food was simply unacceptable. I ended up throwing it away and I have no intention of returning!

It's a cozy little gem, the kind you’d typically overlook. I stopped by for coffee and was met with a rush of customers from the public servant strike picket line. Despite the long lines and bustling atmosphere, the staff remained incredibly polite and efficient. I didn’t try anything from the menu, but my turkey sandwich and coffee were quite good. I especially appreciated that they used challah bread from Rideau Bakery for the sandwich. They also have some convenience store-style items available at the counter, and they’re licensed.

I ordered the special of the day, which was a pork souvlaki platter costing $18. Unfortunately, it only included a small skewer, which I would rate about a 7 out of 10. The dish also came with a large portion of mediocre rice. Overall, I feel I didn't get my money's worth and won't be returning. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly.
