A tip needs to be given by a customer at their will, it's not a law. Ask your bartenders to understand this. I was asked explicitly to offer a tip. Are you not paying salary to your employees? Tip culture is the worst culture followed here.He literally asked me to tip him for his service and the irony is I paid him a tip not to disappoint him. And the food was not fantastic and we wasted half of it. Please pay your employees or give them a career coaching.

My wife and I went as it came highly recommended. It did not disappoint. As a matter of Fact it exceeded our expectations!! Marcello the Maître d’ and floor manager was very professional and knowledgeable and greeted us at the door and made us feel very welcome. Our main waiter Romeo was excellent very knowledgeable about the menu and his food and wine recommendations were incredible. Martino was also a wonderful waiter. Food was over the top fresh plentiful and of the highest quality and delicious, apps to main to desert!! 10 A MUST GO WHEN IN OTTAWA OR IF YOUR A LOCAL!! Thank you. Will go again for sure!!!

Absolutely perfect never had any better Italian .. the chicken we got was cooked to perfection and could not have been cooked any better 1 perfect portions. Our server Moe made sure we were taken care of .. and my birthday celebration went perfect thanks to the restaurant hospitality. I am defiantly coming back with my husband on a date. My new favourite fine dine in town. I tried this place for the first time last week with our family. We had a tight time constraint to get to the theater after dinner. We were served by a German fellow in the private basement room and he was phenomenal at accomdating us. It was incredible food. Incredible service. I'll be going back with the family when we have more time to relax and enjoy the great atmosphere, food, and service.
