Freshii - Ottawa

If you are looking for a healthy but quick meal, then this is a great choice. In terms of prices, you can find cheaper options in nearby fast food eateries, food trucks, or local hot dog street vendors. In terms of taste and freshness, however, Freshii has them all beat by a wide margin. For my latest visit I ordered a Fiesta bowl with added falafel and a drink. When I factored in tax and tip it came to $20. While not cheap, the great taste was absolutely worth the price, as the mix of cilantro, avocado, cheese, and other toppings was delicious.

My family (wife and two daughters) came here for the first time and to be honest were really confused about what to order. We were given sheets with the food options and told to fill it in! Not sure what the cost of the selection was until we ordered at the end! Food arrived and was correct and tasted OK, but combinations and too much choice spolit it. Shop itself is quite small, but we were fortunate to get a seat as we arrived after the main afternoon lunch rush. Restaurant is clean, and staff were OK, but it would have been good if they could have helped a bit more. I know it sounds daft, but it isn't that straight forward to order unless you've been a few times. Anyway, I'd like to try again, but won't be for some time, as this was a holiday experience!

Ordered lunch for everyone at work through skip the dishes. Only received a partial order yet charged the complete order. When contacted no offers to send the rest and just offered to credit my card. Thought that everyone at work could have lunch together but no way anyone would suggest that. Was told that if the driver was not busy that they could send him later that day. Well that does not work since our lunch hour is set. So if you cannot go personally to confirm that your order is complete do not order from Freshii. This was our first and last experience

Enjoy the fresh healthy option for a meal on a hot Ottawa day. Staff are friendly, food was tasty and fresh.
